When your store customers do not speak English, you can accomplish the following localization.

Tracking Page

Go to Tracking Page, scroll down to section Content and style -> Edit language

Choose a Language, then check or edit the text settings.

 

Notifications (Customer notifications)

Go to Notifications - Customer notifications, then you can click on the name of a template to edit its content.
