Status Name

Description

Ordered

When an order is placed & unfulfilled.

Order Ready

When an order is fulfilled but not in IN TRANSIT status yet.

Pending

There is no any tracking update or a shipment has not been accepted or picked up by carrier.

Info Received

The courier has received the package info and is about to pick up the package.

In Transit

A shipment is accepted or picked up by carrier from the sender.

Out for Delivery

A shipment is ready for pickup by or is about to be delivered to the addressee by local delivery point.

Delivered

A shipment is successfully delivered.

Expired

When a shipment has not been delivered in 30 days by a express carrier, or in 60 days by a postal service.

Failed Attempt

Unsuccessful package delivery attempy by local carrier. Usually a notice will be left and carrier will try a second delivery attempt. Also known as Undelivered

Exception

Recipient refused delivery, package is damaged or a shipment is returned to sender.
