You can go to Orders - Settings to set your commonly used carriers and order synchronization date range, as shown below:
You can go to Tracking Page to do the followings:
1. View your live tracking page with an example order.
2. Add it to your store navigation by following the guideline there, or customize URL (only subdirectory part).
3. Customize the content and style.
When you click "Customize", you will enter a page as shown below. Here you can preview any changes, discard and set live your tracking page.
Other features like extra code for further customization (CSS/HTML), ETA and content settings are supported too.
4. Masking rules and SEO
You are also able to set up masking rules to prevent the display of any unwanted information to better serve your branding.
You can go to Notifications to set up customer notifications, where you can edit sender address, edit template for each kind of notifications and decide to enable them or not.
When editing the template, you are able to preview changes right from the editor. And you can send test email, discard changes and save the template in the top-right corner.
You can go to Notifications and scroll down to set up merchant notifications. You are able to receive two types of notifications, the first one is sent for each status update event and the second one (advanced summary) is sent for all updates in a certain period.
You can go to Settings to set up Estimated delivery time. This is a pre-set ETA, which means it will show exactly what is calculated based on your settings, not the true estimated delivery time of the package.
After setting up ETA, you can decide where you want it to be shown, like Tracking Page and Customer notifications
You can go to Settings and scroll down to find the integrate with Shopify section, where you can set whether you want us to update the shipping status back to your Shopify order and learn how to enable Shopify native shipping notifications based on the shipping status of your Shopify order (If you are also using TrackingMore Notifications, there is no need to enable this).
You can go to Settings and scroll down to find the integrate with Third-party Apps section, and explore whatever integrations you are looking for.
